What do you mean it's free if I don't love it?

We are so confident that you will love Pap's Jerky as much as we love making it. In fact, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a bag of jerky, contact us here and return the product within 90 days for a full refund.

What is your return policy?

Our goal everyday is to create a premium product that we believe you'll love. If there is something unsatisfactory about your purchase, we are more than happy to issue a full refund. Please return to the address listed below within 30 days of the order date.

Can I get a sample?

We get it - you want to try before you buy! We wish we could offer everyone free samples because we're confident that once you experience Pap’s, you’ll be back for more! Unfortunately, free samples can be costly for a small business and our goal is to maintain our prices as low as possible. We do offer free shipping on your first order with code “FIRSTORDER” and the “Fueling Your Roadtrip” is a great way to try a little bit of everything

Shipping

Do you ship to the United States Armed Forces?

Yes! We ship to all AFO/FPO mailboxes. We also offer military discounts - email us at explore@papsjerky.com and we will send you the code.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping takes about 3-5 business days. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship Monday.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is 3.99 or 6.95 depending on the quantity ordered. Orders over $45 always receive free shipping.

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived, shoot us an email at explore@papsjerky.com with your order number and we will get it resolved ASAP!

Managing Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account. Click the "Order History" tab. Click "Manage Subscriptions". Find the subscription you want to cancel and click "Cancel".

Can I change the flavors in my subscription?

If you want to modify your subscription, simply cancel your current subscription and create a new one. 

How can I change the card used for my subscription?

Log in to your account. Click the Order History tab. Click the "Manage Subscriptions" button. Select "Billing information." There you can update your card and other billing information such as address, phone, etc.

FAQ

What is the white spot on my jerky?

Occasionally, you will see some sodium build up that is visible on the jerky. This can be a spot that simply was unevenly coated by seasoning, so there is still some salt visible. 

What kind of beef do you use?

American, USDA inspected beef.

Where is the expiration date?

The expiration date can be found on the back of the package, stamped in black.
